Registered Nurse (RN) Needed - Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians’ orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times. Patient is located in Pasco, WA. Both Day & Overnight shifts are needed. Pay Range: $35-41/HR (Depending on Experience). All acuity levels are needed, including G-tube, trach, and ventilator care depending on the case. Responsibilities of the RN Assess patient's condition and chart effectively. Perform evaluation tasks such as vital signs and medication review. Provide physical support such as tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube care as required. Private duty nursing may be required for children and young adults with special needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator care, feeding tubes, nebulizer treatments, TPN, and other special medical needs. Requirements Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate nursing program. Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice. Current CPR certification. Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care policies and procedures.
