ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLER

$19 per hour
WE ARE HIRING FOR MULTIPLE POSITIONS! If you have experience with assembling or specializing electronics assembly or electrical assembler. This is the job for you. We have mutiple openings for Circuit Board Assembly and Wire Harness Assembly. In these roles, you will build, wire, solder, and test high-quality electrical components and wire harness assemblies using technical blueprints and schematics. Whether working on intricate circuit boards or detailed harness routing boards, you will play a critical role in delivering reliable, precision-crafted electronics in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assembly & Fabrication:

    • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, wire lists, and assembly routing boards.

    • Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, harness building, wire stripping, crimping, and precision soldering.

    • Measure, cut, and strip wires to exact specification length.

    • Crimp terminals, attach connectors, and solder wire ends directly to components or plugs.

    • Bundle, tie, and wrap wire assemblies using tape, cable ties, and protective sleeves to complete final harness configurations.

  • Quality Assurance & Maintenance:

    • Test finished assemblies for electrical continuity, function, and strict quality compliance.


    • Keep tools and production equipment operational by performing preventive maintenance, following manufacturer instructions, troubleshooting minor malfunctions, and escalating repair requests when needed.


    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with company procedures, safety rules, and industry regulations.
