Job Description

• Have knowledge on Compensation tools
• POA is CornerStone to ICM integration so need BigData knowledge
• ETL tool such as Informatica.
• BigData Hive and Spark.
• IBM ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) tool experience is a plus
• Experienced architect who can drive strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
