Job Duties:
Display full knowledge and proficiency in following the technology life cycle methodology from inception to transition to production and post-implementation. Supporting the team with their continued agile journey and adoption of the Agile Mentality. Lead the engagement with stakeholders in understanding the business requirements and validating the feasibility with tech leads on the solution. Guiding Scrum and Scrum practices. Facilitating Scrum ceremonies. Keep the product backlog groomed using various IT software such as JIRA, Confluence, Crucible, Fish-Eye, Jenkins. Organize demos with business to present the implementation done as per the scope of requirements. Utilizes high-level understanding in the areas of web application programming, content management systems, API, database and system design involving JAVA and J2EE technologies. Create project plans and drive teams to successful delivery. Design the schemas and configure elements for a successful IT delivery. Recommend changes to improve established Java application processes. Work with cross program teams to track the inter-project dependencies and call out risks/issues that will hinder the delivery timelines of the project. Collaborate and contribute to the development of data marts, systems, and technical capabilities based on long range business plans and vision. Verify expected system behavior after deployments to QA environment. Identifies critical paths, tasks, dates, testing, and acceptance criteria. Provides solutions to improve efficiency (e.g., reduce costs while maintaining or improving performance levels), monitors issues and provides resolutions for up-to-date status reports. Organize teams in assessing the application behavior for Penetration testing, Regression testing in identifying different aspects of application improvement from Infrastructural and Implementation perspective. On a regular basis sends the business reports across the interested parties to get the understanding on the status of the release journey and for any impediments while in the execution.
Work Location: Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree, or the equivalent, in a field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or another closely related field.
