We are seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic finance initiatives. This role partners with executive, Sales, and Operations leaders to improve financial performance and support profitable growth. The position also manages and develops the FP&A team.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.

· Analyze revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, expenses, and working capital.

· Prepare consolidated financial statements and executive-level reports.

· Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and performance reporting.

· Partner with Sales and Operations to improve pricing, margins, and profitability.

· Analyze customer, product, branch, pipeline, and backlog performance.

· Identify financial risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

· Support acquisitions, due diligence, and strategic growth initiatives.

· Improve reporting automation, forecasting accuracy, and financial processes.

· Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team.

 

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

· At least 8 years of progressive FP&A, commercial finance, or corporate finance experience.

· Experience in manufacturing, distribution, packaging, or another multi-site industrial business.

· Previous team leadership experience.

· Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

· Experience with Tableau, Planful, or similar financial planning tools.

· Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
