Quote and present personal lines insurance policies, including auto, home, and renters insurance.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Process applications accurately and efficiently, adhering to company guidelines.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and share best practices.

Stay informed about new insurance products and industry trends to better serve clients.

Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required.

One year independent insurance sales experience required.

Demonstrated success in a sales role, ideally within the insurance sector.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

A genuine enthusiasm for helping people protect what matters most.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.

Resilience and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
