Mohawk Valley Health System seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care in our acute care setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations, collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient status, documenting in the EHR, educating patients and families, and supporting discharge planning.
