Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in the Houston, Texas area. As an Account Manager at Accu-Line Well Services, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include managing client accounts, addressing customer needs, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and preparing reports to track account performance and growth. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management, client engagement, and customer service skills
• Experience in account management, sales strategy, and business development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for understanding client needs and resolving issues
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to clients and stakeholders
• Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity and technical knowledge, particularly in wireline and slickline services.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other account management tools
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
