Job Title: (RBT) Registered Behavior Technician

Job Summary:
At Yes ABA Therapy, we are committed to empowering families and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Grants, NM . As an RBT with Yes ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Conduct data collection and progress tracking during sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Support positive behavior change and skill development

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or special education a plus
• Knowledge of behavior management and intervention techniques
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team

Work Environment:
