The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a key role in managing the Bookstores accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliation, and collection of outstanding balances. Reporting to the CEO and Controller, this position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal partners.

This is an on-site position based in Bozeman, Montana, and may include occasional seasonal weekend or after-hours work. Some weekends and evening required. This is full-time, on-site position. No remote work available.

Salary: $22.00 DOE

Healthcare: All healthcare premiums are covered by the employer.

Retirement: 5.3% (Employee) & 7.0% (Employer) contribution to 403b through TIAA.
