We believe shopping for a wedding dress should feel exciting, personal, and joyful—not stressful or salesy.

White Wisteria Bridal and Ivory Vine Bridal Rack is looking for someone who genuinely loves connecting with people and has the confidence to guide brides through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives.

Saturdays and Sundays are a must, and we are looking for both full and part time!

\n

\n

You do not need bridal experience to succeed here.

\n

If you're emotionally intelligent, naturally curious, love conversations, and enjoy helping people make big decisions with confidence, we'll teach you everything you need to know about wedding gowns.

What You'll Do

\n

As a Bridal Stylist, you'll:

\n

\n
• Build genuine relationships with every bride and her guests.
\n
• Learn each bride's vision, personality, budget, and priorities.
\n
• Curate gowns that fit her style while introducing options she may never have considered.
\n
• Guide brides through an emotional decision with confidence and care.
\n
• Handle concerns and objections thoughtfully, helping brides feel comfortable rather than pressured.
\n
• Celebrate exciting "yes to the dress" moments while maintaining professionalism.
\n
• Keep appointments organized, energetic, and memorable.
\n
• Collaborate with teammates to create an exceptional boutique experience.
\n

We'll teach you gowns, designers, fabrics, fit, and styling.
