About the Role

We’re looking for a full‑time, highly hands‑on paid media expert to directly manage and optimize our Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns. This is not a purely strategic or oversight role—you will personally own the day‑to‑day work inside the platforms, from bidding to creative testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Personally manage end‑to‑end Google Ads and Meta campaigns, including setup, bidding, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
• Build and manage account structures, keywords, audiences, and bid strategies to hit CPA/ROAS and volume targets—no outsourcing of core execution.
• Handle daily bid and budget management yourself, ensuring efficient pacing and performance across all active campaigns.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across search, Performance Max, remarketing, and paid social (prospecting and retargeting).
• Create, brief, and iterate ad creative (copy, visuals, offers) and collaborate on landing pages, with a strong test‑and‑learn mindset.
• Develop and execute testing roadmaps (bids, audiences, creatives, landing pages) and implement learnings directly in the accounts.
• Monitor performance, pull data, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and reports.
• Manage tracking and measurement (pixels, conversion tracking, GA4) and validate data accuracy before and after launches.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience directly managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record hitting or exceeding performance goals (CPA, ROAS, lead quality, revenue) with meaningful budgets.
• Expert user of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics/GA4, comfortable living in the platforms daily.
• Strong skills in keyword research, audience strategy, funnel design, and bid strategy (manual and automated).
• Demonstrated ability to own both strategy and execution yourself, without relying on agencies or junior staff.
• Excellent analytical skills and clear communication around performance and next steps.
