Position Summary We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This position may be full-time or part-time, depending on the right fit. Whether you are experienced or a newer graduate, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to provide thoughtful, personalized hygiene care in a supportive private practice setting. Our hygienists play an important role in helping patients understand their oral health, feel comfortable during their visits, and stay on track with preventive care. Pay $46~$47 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Part-time Requirements Licensed dental hygienist Current Dental Hygienist license in North Carolina Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Experience preferred, but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-focused approach Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care Dependable, team-oriented, and professional Experience with dental software is a plus Job Description Key Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling, and root planing as needed Complete oral health assessments, periodontal charting, and screenings Take dental x-rays and intraoral images as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, periodontal health, and recommended dental tools Apply fluoride treatments and sealants when appropriate Communicate patient findings clearly with the doctor and clinical team Support individualized care planning with the dentist Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Follow all infection control, OSHA, and safety protocols Help create a calm, comfortable, and positive experience for patients Benefits 401(k) Employee discount Paid time off Retirement plan 401(k) matching Profit sharing Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM This opportunity is open to both Part-time or Full-time applicants.
