ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been a State Farm agent for 15 years and built this agency with a focus on growth, consistency, and creating a great environment for both our team and customers. Before becoming an agent, I was a collegiate baseball player, which helped shape my competitive mindset and team-first approach.

I’m married with three kids and stay actively involved in the community through the Chamber of Commerce and coaching youth sports. Family and community are important to me, and that carries into how I lead the office.

Our agency is a growing team of five, focused on continuous improvement and getting a little better every day. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Terrin Thies - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
