We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist [PRN] whose responsible for providing high-quality evaluation, treatment and documentation services to clients with communication and swallowing disorders, in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Evaluates and treats clients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders Conducts client screenings per admission and change-of-condition guidelines Completes all required clinical documentation timely and accurately Attends required meetings including Medicare, family, and care plan meetings Develops individualized treatment programs

QUALIFICATIONS
