Associate Sales Representative - Southern California - Enabling Technologies

Stryker seeks an Associate Sales Representative for field-based medical device sales in Southern California. This entry-level role supports experienced sales representatives in promoting enabling technologies for surgical navigation while building foundational sales and account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth through sales activities, account management, and customer engagement
• Prepare for and support product evaluations and clinical procedures in operating room and procedural settings
• Provide product education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within territory
• Track sales activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout assigned territory
• Minimum 1 year outside sales, field sales, or customer-facing role experience (preferred)
• Exposure to medical device, healthcare, or business-to-business sales environments (preferred)
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-based environments

Compensation: $80,500 base salary, eligible for bonus plus benefits
