Project Manager

Experience Level: 5 Years Location: 80 Blue Ravine Road, Ste 105, Folsom, CA 95630 About the Role: Analyze, refine, and decompose requirements to create a redefined set of requirements and develop new ones. Facilitate requirement gathering interviews, conduct workshops, issue clarifications, and review documentation. Plan for deliverables involving low complexity technology content such as basic application data modeling and design. Provide guidance to project teams on relevant quality, process, and architecture standards, and plan the reuse of tools to enhance technical quality and productivity. Oversee the team's daily delivery, coordinate tasks, set delivery targets, and review outputs to ensure quality and timeliness. Ensure resources are trained across multiple tracks for effective resource management. Mentor team members and support their development. Implement solutions while adhering to coding conventions and ensuring functional requirements are met without compromising performance. Anticipate customer needs and contribute to solution development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field. Five (5) years of experience in a similar role or related position. Demonstrable knowledge of: Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Core Java (Eclipse IDE), HP Quick Test Professional & Unified Functional Testing, Maven, SQL, IBM Rational ClearQuest, HP Quality Center, Bugzilla, Jenkins, testing on Android & iPhone devices, DigiLine.
