Crave Management Group*, a franchisee of Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay, is excited to hire an Assistant Manager for our future location in Holladay, Utah. This will be the second of nine planned locations in the state. Since we are at the beginning of our growth plan, this is a unique opportunity. Demonstrate leadership, train and coach the team for operational excellence, and recognize and motivate team members.Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling Success Routines and prioritizing customer needs.Maintain high food and health safety standards without exception.Collaborate with the GM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback.
