Job Summary:

Fouraker Hills Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Dietitians (RD) to join our team in both full-time and part-time roles within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / long-term care setting. As a Registered Dietitian at Fouraker Hills, you will play a critical role in providing individualized nutrition care that supports resident health, recovery, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutritional assessments for residents in the SNF setting
• Develop, implement, and update individualized nutrition care plans
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents, families, and staff
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Document assessments, progress notes, and updates according to regulatory standards
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and SNF dietary regulations
• Support food service operations to maintain quality, safety, and resident satisfaction
• Full-time RD: coverage includes two additional facilities as needed
• Part-time RD: provide 24 hours per week of dietetic coverage

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) in good standing
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
• Prior SNF or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Resident-centered approach to care
