Quality Control Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team in San Marcos. This position is responsible for inspecting products and materials throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately document inspection results.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products and materials.
• Verify product specifications using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Identify, document, and report quality issues or non-conforming materials.
• Complete inspection records and quality documentation accurately.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Assist with investigations and corrective actions related to quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and procedures.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, rulers, gauges, or other inspection equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and inspections.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
