Construction Supervisor

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• Manage historic brownstone and full-gut renovation work.
• Oversee daily field operations and construction activities.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trade partners.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Ensure quality control and enforce safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and manage documentation.
• Prepare and respond to RFIs and manage punch lists.
• Handle project closeout and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple active projects simultaneously.

• 15-20+ years of construction field leadership experience preferred.
• 10+ years managing residential construction projects.
• Experience with multifamily construction and historic renovation projects.
• Proficiency in Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam.
• Strong subcontractor management and project coordination skills.
• Capable of running multiple projects independently.
