In addition to wages, CBU offers a robust suite of employee benefits./ppSummary - This position will assist in the planning and implementation of campus visits and admissions events for prospective students and their families. This position assists in organizing group tours, individual visits, and large-scale admissions events, ensuring each guest has a positive and engaging experience. The incumbent also regularly communicates with faculty, staff, and campus departments to coordinate logistics and provide accurate information related to campus visits and events./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities - include the following. Other duties may be assigned./pulliProvide excellent customer service to all campus visitors./liliAssist in coordination, execution and evaluation of campus preview events./liliSchedule and coordinate large group visits of high schools and community colleges./liliCoordinate meeting/conference room and facility reservations for campus visits and events./liliSchedule appointments, professor meetings, and class visits for campus tour visitors./liliAssist in various technical support including website, text and email updates./liliAssist in the evaluation and training of tour guides./liliReceive incoming requests for appointments and campus tours./liliCommunicate regularly with registrants for campus tours and events./liliPrepare materials for campus visits and events./liliAssist with check-in for campus visits and events./liliPerform data entry and administrative tasks to support daily office operations./liliSchedule individual tours for admissions counselors./liliManage the transportation and setup of event materials across campus, ensuring timely delivery and setup, through use of university vehicles./li/ulpSupervisory Responsibilities - This position could be responsible for assigning work and/or giving direction to part-time Student Workers, in order to complete work assignments./ppOther Knowledge Skills and Abilities - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
