Job Description

** $500 sign on bonus after 90 days **

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete and operating a volumetric concrete truck/heavy equipment & loaders. This role is essential for transporting ready mix safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. A strong commitment to safety and customer service is paramount. Must have flexible schedule with some evening & weekend work as needed. Must be able to climb/lift 50 lbs overhead. On the job training is provided and pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities

Operate and drive different types of trucks, including but not limited to volumetric concrete mixer, transporting and operating heavy equipment & loaders.
Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete to designated locations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transit.
Load trucks using wheel loader or other equipment.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.

Experience

Proven experience as a truck driver with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL). CDL class B minimum.
Familiarity with operating various truck types.
Experience in handling ready mix efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills to meet tight delivery schedules.
