Registered Nurse - Acute Care with Telemetry

Location: Bluffton, IN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every 4th weekend; no on-call requirements.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting opportunity in acute care with telemetry at a facility with a total of 40 licensed beds, including 10 swing beds. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care during night shifts and maintain a high standard of nursing practices in a progressive care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing assessments and administer IV medications.
• Monitor telemetry and manage care for patients in acute and progressive care settings.
• Provide compassionate care while managing patient needs and family communication.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN licensure in the state of Indiana.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of acute care experience preferred.
• Proficiency in nursing skills including telemetry and IV starts.
