What You'll Do

  Connect With Members

• Meet virtually with members through Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals who have requested information regarding available benefits

• Ask questions to understand each member's needs, priorities, and goals

• Build professional relationships based on trust and exceptional service

• Provide a personalized and educational client experience

️  Educate & Recommend Solutions

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Assess individual and family protection needs

• Recommend appropriate benefit solutions

• Answer questions clearly and professionally

• Help members understand coverage features and available choices

• Guide eligible members through applications and enrollment

• Complete required documentation accurately

❤️  Provide Ongoing Policy Support

Your relationship with clients continues beyond the initial enrollment.

You'll also:

• Conduct policy reviews

• Assist with beneficiary updates

• Answer policy and coverage questions

• Provide appropriate claims-related assistance

• Help members understand existing coverage

• Maintain accurate digital client records

• Provide timely follow-up and ongoing service

• Follow company procedures and applicable state insurance regulations

This is a  commission-based independent contractor opportunity rather than a guaranteed hourly or salaried customer-service position .

Previous experience in  sales, customer service, financial services, banking, healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, administration, military service, call centers, account management, or client relations  can be beneficial.

Insurance experience is not required.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be physically located within the  United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop

• Maintain reliable high-speed internet

• Have webcam and microphone capability

• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace

• Be comfortable conducting virtual meetings through Zoom and phone

• Be willing to complete required training

• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate  state Life & Health Insurance License

  Virtual Interview Process
