Recovery Support Staff

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks Recovery Support Staff to provide direct, recovery-focused support to individuals in behavioral health and housing programs. In this client-facing role, you will assist with daily living skills, coach clients toward personal goals, and connect them with community resources in a trauma-informed, person-centered manner. Working within a faith-inspired, inclusive culture, you’ll document services, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, help maintain a safe, supportive environment, and participate in training that supports your professional growth while making a tangible impact on individuals and families.
