Travel Respiratory Therapist - $1,873 per week

Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Grand Island, NE. The role requires acute care experience, BLS, ACLS, and potentially PALS/NRP. Pay is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax‑free stipend to be determined. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care across clinical areas, evaluating and treating patients in line with procedural guidelines. Administer respiratory and cardiology modalities. Maintain patient records and documentation. Clean, disinfect, assemble, calibrate, and maintain respiratory and cardiology equipment; report malfunctions. Perform arterial puncture and sample analysis per procedures. Communicate with nurses, physicians, and other staff to optimize patient care. Respond to emergent situations requiring respiratory support. Qualifications Registered Respiratory Therapist with 1+ year recent acute care experience. BLS required; ACLS required; PALS and NRP may be required. Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks requiring physical strength. Vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Additional Requirements Travel assignment for 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour days.
