What you'll be doing:
- Lead mechanical engineering design efforts for a diverse portfolio of building projects
- Coordinate closely with other disciplines and project managers to drive project delivery
- Mentor and support engineering staff, helping shape the future of the Dallas team
- Write and present reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to client relationships, quality assurance, and commercial success of projects
What we're looking for:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Experienced in leading mechanical design across a variety of complex building projects
- Strong collaborator who thrives in multidisciplinary teams and fast-paced environments
- Comfortable mentoring junior team members and guiding technical development
- Skilled communicator, able to present technical concepts to a range of audiences
- Engaged with the industry and active in local professional associations
