Security Site Supervisor

Securitas is seeking a professional Security Site Supervisor to lead daily security operations at a client facility. In this on-site leadership role, you will supervise security officers, coordinate post coverage and patrols, monitor access control and CCTV, and ensure compliance with client procedures and Securitas standards. You will respond to incidents, complete accurate reports, coach and train officers, and serve as the primary contact for client representatives. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety, integrity, vigilance, and exceptional customer service.
