As a Caregiver with Safe and Sound Home Care, your skills and compassion will be utilized to help individuals live safely and independently at home. Our family-owned company is committed to providing professional, private duty care to those in need, and we're looking for caring and dedicated individuals like you to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and medication management
Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and other caregivers to ensure high-quality care and build trust
Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate with clients and families as needed
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Demonstrate a commitment to the values of Safe and Sound Home Care: compassion, reliability, and respect
