Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough psychosocial evaluations and assessments of clients via virtual consultations to identify their needs and challenges.
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions that align with each client’s unique goals and treatment plans.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customized care plans based on clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations.
- Actively advocating for clients by connecting them with appropriate community resources and support services tailored to their needs.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, client interactions, and progress reports to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current and active LCSW licensure in Virginia.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills, with a clear understanding of therapeutic modalities applicable to addiction recovery.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively engage clients through virtual platforms.

Preferred Experience
We highly value candidates who possess at least two years of hands-on experience in social work. Compensation and Benefits
