Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) accepted
• Solid understanding of pediatric communication disorders and intervention strategies
• Previous school-based experience is valued, but open to strong clinical backgrounds
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for school-aged children
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Deliver direct and consultative services, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Maintain compliant and timely documentation, progress notes, and reports
• Serve as a resource and advocate within the educational setting
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
