The shift leader position plays a very significant role in the restaurant in support of the Restaurant General Manager. ROLE Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self‑sufficient manner. Execute the MIC (Manager‑In‑Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY: Ensuring Consistent Customer Satisfaction Ensure that all Team Members complete the tasks for their assigned position(s) Ensure all employees present a neat, clean appearance and wear company uniforms. Personally demonstrate that Customer needs are the highest priority Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders Cooperate with peers as part of a team and help others when they need a hand Developing people by providing regular feedback to the RGM on the performance of Team Members Handle conflicts constructively and work with RGM to achieve a resolution
