Salary: $92,000 - 118,000 per year Requirements:
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience building graphical user interfaces
- Experience with C/C++ programming
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative software practices
- Ability to work effectively within a substantial existing codebase
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with GUI frameworks
- Linux Bash and/or Windows batch scripting experience
- Experience with 3D graphics technologies such as OpenGL or comparable APIs
- Familiarity with scientific or engineering software
- Cross-platform software development experience
- Develop and support our Python-based user interface framework as the primary initial focus
- Contribute to other parts of our software stack as project priorities change over time
