This role involves installing and servicing access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems in commercial environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality installations that meet customer expectations and industry standards.**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (and doing well!)** • Install and service access control systems, IP-based video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems. • Mount and wire devices including card readers, door contacts, electric strikes, maglocks, cameras, and motion detectors. • Pull, terminate, and label low voltage cabling (Cat5e/6, coax, shielded cable). • Program and configure field devices and system controllers. • Read and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and wiring schematics. • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning. • Maintain accurate documentation including as-built drawings, device lists, and installation reports. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure successful project execution. • Adhere to company safety policies and industry best practices.**WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU** • High school diploma or equivalent. • 1 to 3 years of experience installing low voltage security systems. • Familiarity with systems such as Lenel, CCURE, Feenics, Salto, Avigilon, Verkada, or similar platforms. • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications. • Experience with device termination and system programming. • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working on your feet throughout the day. • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally overnight. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.**WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER** • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. • Paid time off and company holidays. • 401(k) with company match. • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options. • Short-term and long-term disability coverage. • Life insurance. • Career development and training opportunities. • Tuition reimbursement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
