We are a network of outpatient mental health clinics that provide comprehensive, full‑service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in‑person and virtual visits via a secure telehealth platform. Our services include psychiatric and psychological evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy and counseling, and neuropsychological testing. The team consists of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board‑certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above, treating each patient with compassion and respect, and tailoring care to individual needs. Qualifications At least two years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, or one year as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner plus three years in another specialty Nurse Practitioner role. Board‑certified to practice. Active license in the State of Florida. Work experience in an outpatient setting preferred. Job Responsibilities Provide medication management and brief psychotherapeutic interventions. Conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide diagnoses, and implement therapeutic interventions for patients with diverse mental health conditions. Administer injections for Long‑Acting Injectables (LAIs) when necessary – an infrequent service in most clinics. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers. Offer psychoeducation to patients and families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies. Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures. Stay current with advancements in psychiatry through continuing education and professional development. Compensation Package Excellent base compensation. Monthly productivity bonus. Quarterly performance bonus. Additional days with up to $40,000 additional per year. Potential to earn $180,000+ annually with a 40‑hour work week.
