Our client, healthcare facilities services is seeking a Site Manager 5 to join their team. As a Site Manager 5, you will be part of the Facilities Management team supporting plant operations across two healthcare sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership communication skills, a proven track record of facility management and plant operations supervision, and the ability to deliver quality results while meeting regulatory and safety expectations. Job Title: Site Manager 5 Location: Lexington, KY (Primary: Georgetown, KY; Secondary: Paris Community Hospital) Pay Range: $40 to $43 per hour What's the Job? Serve as the single point of contact for facilities management, partnering with the Regional Manager and Account Director to deliver quality facility management services. Supervise and direct plant operations teams, ensuring Maintenance, Financial, CMMS, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs are executed efficiently. Maintain working knowledge and ensure compliance with the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and related amendments/appendices guiding service delivery. Own operational facilities spending performance by monitoring budgets and supporting financial reporting and outcomes. Track KPI/SLA performance for Plant Operations/Engineering Services and recommend action plans when performance falls below expectations. What's Needed? 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience. Managerial experience with proven budget and personnel responsibilities. Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint. Computer proficiency with CMMS/work order systems. Ability to meet client expectations for leadership presence, including meeting with C-suite stakeholders and demonstrating daytime leadership effectiveness. What's in it for me?
