Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician

This is a 13-week contract position.

Nights, 7:00 PM - 6:30 AM

The Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician will perform diagnostic testing on patient samples to aid physicians in the diagnosis and monitoring of various disease states. This role involves following standardized procedures, preparing samples for testing, and analyzing test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic testing on patient samples.
• Prepare samples for testing following standardized procedures.
• Analyze test results for accuracy and critical limits.
• Work across various areas including Coagulation, Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, and Phlebotomy.

Required Experience / Certifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• MT or MLT certification is required.
• Generalist and blood bank experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
