Wound Care LPN

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Wound Care LPN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver evidence‑based wound assessments, treatments, and dressings for acute and chronic wounds across our care settings. You will collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and therapists to implement care plans, monitor healing progress, prevent infection, and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR.
