As a 100% employee-owned company, employees share in the long-term success we build together.With flexible ways of working and meaningful development opportunities, you’ll build a career you can be proud to stand behind.The Opportunity In this role you will have the opportunity to:Develop solutions for complex engineering problems for existing client facilities.Lead projects including management of project schedules, budgets, and staffing on the Water Solution team.Provide technical guidance on client standards and expectations to engineering and technician staff in the regional design centers that are supporting project detailed design.Serve as technical expert in electrical power distribution and miscellaneous plant electrical systems for client consultations.Support business development related to enhanced Electrical services.Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers.Coordination with local electrical utilities on project technical needs.Construction inspection and resolution of electrical construction issues.Startup and testing of major electrical equipment.Review of supplier submittals.Continuous learning and development of technical expertise/specialty area. The ideal candidate is located in or willing to relocate to Kansas City, Raleigh, or Phoenix Metropolitan areas.
