Technical Solutions Architect | Enterprise AI Startup | NYC | Up to $250K + Equity I'm working with a VC-backed AI company in New York that's growing fast and backed by some of the biggest names in venture. They've built an AI platform that's replacing legacy software inside some very large, very regulated businesses. The problem they need solved: enterprise deals are landing quicker than they can scope them. They need someone who can sit between the customer's technical team and their own engineers, work out what actually needs to be built, write it up properly, and then drive it through to delivery. What you\'ll be doing: Owning enterprise integrations from first scoping call through to go-live Turning messy customer requirements into specs engineers can actually build from Running the delivery cadence, spotting risks early and clearing blockers Sitting in customer meetings alongside the commercial team Helping shape how they deliver as they scale from a handful of customers to dozens Who this suits: A solutions architect, TPM or delivery lead who\'s owned enterprise programmes end to end. If your role ended when the SOW was signed, this isn\'t the one Someone from a consultancy, deployment-heavy tech firm or similar who\'s delivered into regulated industries (healthcare, finance, gov) You'll be working alongside a small, strong engineering team building on AWS, so you need to be credible on modern cloud architecture and integrations. You won\'t be writing production code, but you\'ll need to read a design doc and ask the hard questions Clear communicator, confident in the room, comfortable at startup pace The detail: Up to $250K base plus meaningful equity Midtown Manhattan, on-site 5 days (some flex) Small, sharp team, well funded, big customers, real responsibility They move quickly.
