???? What You'll Work On

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, and electrical components
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections to keep fleets operating at peak performance
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently
• Conduct road tests and verify repair quality
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and service calls
• Document repairs and work orders using maintenance software
• Work alongside a skilled team in a modern, safety-focused shop

✅ What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of diesel, heavy equipment, truck, fleet, or industrial mechanic experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• ASE Certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Ability to obtain a CDL within 6 months
• Own basic mechanic tools
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Shenandoah Fleet Maintenance and Management offers employees a comprehensive benefits package.
