Senior HR Specialist (6-months contract) This role encompasses HR operations and payroll administration responsibilities, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing with full compliance to statutory requirements. HR Operations Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files Prepare and administer employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation Support implementation and upkeep of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries (e.g., leave, benefits, policies) Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR operational matters Assist in HR reporting, audits, and data management Payroll Administration Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary, overtime, allowances, and deductions Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., CPF/EPF, tax, SOCSO, etc. where applicable) Liaise with payroll vendors and/or internal finance team to ensure data accuracy and reconciliation Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Benefits & Compliance Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., insurance, leave, flexi-benefits where applicable) Ensure compliance with local employment laws and statutory requirements Support audits and regulatory reporting where required About You Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations and payroll Strong knowledge of local labor laws and payroll regulations Experience handling payroll independently (in-house or via vendor) Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Good interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr Chopard (Asia)
