Automotive Service Advisor – Relationship Focused | Customer Care
About the Role
Maysville Auto Repair is looking for a relationship-focused Service Advisor who enjoys meeting new people and building long-term relationships with customers.
This role is about trust, communication, and helping customers feel confident about caring for their vehicles. We want someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating a positive experience so customers want to come back again and again.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns
• Build strong relationships with customers and create trust
• Explain vehicle needs and recommendations clearly and honestly
• Prepare accurate repair estimates
• Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Help create a welcoming and positive customer experience
• Encourage long-term customer relationships and repeat visits
