Responsibilities: Clinical Assessment: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions in patients across the lifespan Develop individualized treatment plans Medication Management across the lifespan Adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide support Clinical Oversight: Provide leadership and supervision within the psychiatric team, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to ethical standards Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards Requirements: Current Nurse Practitioner license in PA with specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health Proficiency in conducting history assessments Previous experience working in outpatient mental health at a treatment facility or outpatient clinic Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team of medical and clinical professionals Momentum Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
