Registered Nurse PICU

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced registered nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to critically ill pediatric patients and a commitment to working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in the PICU with patient ratios ranging from 1:1-2; 1:3 for intermediate care. Float to adolescents, pediatrics, PHOC, and NICU as needed, with varying ratios based on acuity. Transport patients safely and effectively as required. Experience and Qualifications Minimum 2.5 years of experience required, preferably 3 years in a large facility. First-time applicants are accepted. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required; NIH certification is preferred. Proficiency with EPIC charting system. Skills in CVVH and/or CRRT, and patient transport experience are highly preferred. Schedule and Work Environment Every other weekend and holiday work is required, as applicable.
