Manages day-to-day priorities in solving client issues received by the team. Optimizes manpower and resources, responds to complaints of customers, and escalates key issues to senior management.ResponsibilitiesDirect connection to the Technicians, Union connection and onboardingMaintain relationship with UnionSME for Tech Quoting and drive ops selling chargeTraining and development schedule, Onsite trainingFleet, Site visits, jobsite QACustomer engagementWork with Service Coordinators on daily and extended schedulePM Plan Review for renewals and new contractsDaily time entry approval, Weekly payroll and issue resolutionSite / Safety InspectionsRequired QualificationsHight School Diploma or GED5+ Commercial HVAC system knowledge and Components5+ years Management experience dealing with Service Technician and customers.Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable by CarrierPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually.
