Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a Material Handler to support a growing warehouse and manufacturing operation in Westborough, MA. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with long-term potential.

The Material Handler will be responsible for supporting shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement throughout the facility while ensuring accuracy, organization, and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Move materials and inventory throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment safely
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts as needed
• Load and unload trucks while following safety procedures
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against shipping documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support warehouse and production teams with additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements if applicable
