SAP IBP Consultant

Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, analyze, and resolve support tickets and issues from the business team within defined SLAs.
- Perform testing and transport approved changes to the production environment.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver resolutions and improvements.
- Participate in on-call support after business hours and on weekends as part of a rotation schedule.
- Understand and follow ITSM processes, including incident, problem, and change management using tools like ServiceNow.
- Utilize ABAP debugging for issue analysis (preferred for functional consultants).
