This onsite contract position involves working in a dynamic school environment near Livonia, MI, with a focus on fostering student well-being and academic success. The assignment spans from August 24, 2026, through June 4, 2027. While the role is primarily full-time, part-time schedules may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, valid Michigan School Psychologist license (must be included with application materials)
• Master’s degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators
• Commitment to supporting the diverse learning and emotional needs of elementary students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, observations, and interventions to support student learning and emotional development
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Provide consultation and resources to teachers, staff, and families to address academic and behavioral challenges
• Participate in crisis intervention and offer training sessions on student mental health and wellness
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
